Our list was short. We wanted the site to sound like the three of us, answer the questions people already call us about, and work for anyone who lands on it.
- A page for each city we work in most: Wichita, Goddard, Maize, Andover, Derby, and Park City
- A mortgage calculator that returns a real monthly number, taxes and insurance included
- Buying and selling guides written for people who have never done either
- One contact form that reaches all three of us
- Accessibility built in from the start, so the site works with a keyboard or a screen reader
Luis Victoria built every piece of that and explained each one as it went in, which is the part Misty wrote about. Nothing here is a stock template with our photos dropped into it.

What they built for usThe site you're reading. Custom-built for a Wichita real estate team rather than assembled from a template, with a page for every city we work in, a mortgage calculator, long-form buying and selling guides, and a contact form that reaches all three of us. It loads fast on a phone, which is where most of our clients find us, and it meets WCAG 2.1 AA so a keyboard or screen reader gets the same site everyone else does. LV Growth Co. builds in English and Spanish, which matters here: Misty works with clients in Spanish.
Lead generation
Underway nowA website that nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer, so the next piece is getting the right people to it. That work is in progress: landing pages built around what buyers and sellers actually search for, ads pointed at them, and the follow-up that turns a click into a booked call instead of a form fill nobody answers. We'll know the numbers before we say more about them.
Automation
Offered, not something we've neededTheir third service, and one we haven't bought. It covers the repetitive things that quietly cost a small business work: quotes, reminders, and follow-ups that send themselves so a slow reply doesn't hand the job to whoever answered first.
