A family idea that turned into a team

Three women. Three keys. One family. We started 3 Keys & Co. because the people buying and selling homes in Wichita deserve a team that picks up the phone, knows the neighborhoods, and treats your move like it's our own. Home is everything, and family is our business.

We each came to real estate from a different direction. Misty spent years in the legal and healthcare fields before getting her license, which is where she learned that careful communication and attention to detail matter most when the stakes are highest. Rena and her family moved back to Wichita in 2021, after her husband retired from the military, to put down roots. Between raising three kids and years of hands-on investing and renovation, she learned to look past fresh paint at the roof, the foundation, and the mechanicals. Annalisa grew up around it, watching family members invest in homes and transform them, and she is now finishing a real estate development degree at Wichita State while she works with clients.

Putting it under one name made sense. Three women in one family, covering the whole Wichita metro, who all answer their own phones: that is the team we wanted to work with when we were buying our own homes, so it is the team we built.
